Small and midsize education teams often manage student records, attendance and tuition in disconnected spreadsheets. That creates duplicate work, makes overdue payments harder to see and leaves critical operational knowledge spread across files.

I designed and built this full-stack system for a real language school and took it from day-to-day requirements to a production deployment on Railway. I owned the React interface, Express API, PostgreSQL data model, reporting workflows, security controls and deployment setup.

• ↳Students, teachers and class groups with many-to-many assignment, search, filters and styled Excel exports.
• ↳Per-group attendance with official-style XLSX reports for configurable date ranges.
• ↳Up-front and installment payment plans, partial payments, overdue tracking and monthly revenue visibility.
• ↳Browser-based, versioned backup and restore with SHA-256 integrity checks and transactional rollback.
